- Prices exclude the local tourist tax of CZK 35 per adult over 18 per night. This is payable on arrival in cash or by bank transfer.
- 12% discount for stays of 3–4 nights (excluding the summer season and New Year).
- 20% discount for stays of 5–6 nights (excluding the summer season and New Year).
- Individual discounts for stays of 7 nights or more outside the summer season.
- The wellness area is available when renting Chalet Grande or both chalets together. When availability permits, guests staying in Chalet Petit may also use it for an additional fee.
- Christmas stays are unavailable.
- Dogs are welcome only by prior arrangement. Other pets are not permitted.
- The lessor may request payment of a refundable security deposit.
